Our founder, Ralph M. Conte, Sr., formed A+ Appraisal
Service in 1995 and conducted business as such until 2006.
In January of 2006, A Plus Appraisal Service, LLC, (d/b/a A+
Appraisal Service, LLC) was formed.
Mr. Conte continues as a member of the firm and serves as
our Senior/Review Appraiser. Ralph has over 30 years
experience in the New Jersey Real Estate Industry and holds
licenses as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate
Broker and a NJ Certified Instructor. As such Mr. Conte
conducts seminars for the North Jersey Association of
Realtors.
Our Residential Independent Fee Appraisers have all been
trained by Mr. Conte from the trainee process through
Certification. All appraisers are experienced in and live close
to our service areas.
We have a proven track record of efficiently managing the
appraisal process. Our investment in training and
technology has helped our customers greatly reduce their
workload. Since this process saves us money, we are able to
pass that savings on to our clients by charging competitive
rates.
